Our client is seeking to engage an Oracle Identity Access Consultant to provide technical input, advising, and assisting with designs, enhancements, requirements, and tools.
The primary duties of the role include:
- Offer experience and knowledge to assist others in making decisions.
- Involvement in projects, releases, and changes
- Provide SME knowledge on scripting matters.
- Manage day to day operational and support activities (ie: keeping the lights on; troubleshooting).
- Management of call management queues and processes : Incident/Problem, Service Requests/Work Orders, Change Control Vendor Liaison (Escalation), Inter team assistance Prod & Pre-Prod Health Checks Monitoring & Alerting
