The Technical Manager is responsible for planning, organising and managing Core Network Implementation, Multi Vendor Interface Verification Testing and System Acceptance Testing in the customer project from tendering phase to actual implementation.
Main Roles and Responsibilities: Core Network Implementation: Plan and manage core network implementation and be the primary technical interface to Customer throughout implementation phase; System Acceptance: Manage System acceptance testing in order to ensure customer acceptance; Multi Vendor Interface Verification (MVIV) Service: Responsible for management of Multi Vendor Interface Verification Testing; Fault and Configuration Management: Responsible to organize project Fault and Configuration Management:; Integration Process: Set up project integration process with Network Planning, Site Engineering and Customer
Technical:
o Engineering background with a University Degree in Engineering
o Ability to apply knowledge and experience in all facets of engineering from design, test, integration, deployment to maintenance
o Optics Product experience including, Multi-service platforms, Transport Switches, Photonic Switches, DWDM and associated Network Management systems
o Experienced with local Carrier Customers
