We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Technical Operations Lead, with strong experience in technical and operational leadership, to work as part of the enterprise identity and access management platform leadership team for providing on-going operational support of the technology platform.
The focus of the role is to drive operational excellence through the establishment of strong support capability, adoption of industry best practices, and continuous improvements and optimisation.
To be successful in these roles, you need to have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in managing an operational team in large enterprises
- Deep experience operating in a large ITIL-based technology environment (Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management and Risk Management).
- Strong technical experience in enterprise identity and access management domain
- Very strong communication skills
- Strong ability to foster relationship with stakeholders
- Strong understanding of automated software application builds and deployments.
- Strong experience in agile software development
- Strong experience working on critical, highly available production systems.
- Strong experience with software development and Configuration management automation
- Strong people leadership
