About the role
The Senior Analyst Engineer within the Operations team will provide support for the IDAM applications, and all supporting infrastructure and systems such as testing environments, development systems and tools such as deployment pipelines etc
Responsibilities
- Ongoing daily operational healthchecks, Change controls at pre production
- Environment builds
- Jenkins and Automation
- Design, configure, test, maintain and administer new and upgraded infrastructure
- Solve availability and performance problems
- Implement metrics, monitoring and incident response processes as well as change management, and capacity planning processes
- Investigate and resolve all operational and systemic issues
- Share 24x7 on-call support with other engineers.
- Provide technical expertise, mentoring, advice and guidance and direction to more junior staff providing Level 1 and Level 2 support
Desirable skills
- Red Hat servers, Microsoft SQL Server & scripting in SQL and Python
- experience with AWS, GIT, Jenkins
- operational experience and knowledge of IDAM systems
Mandatory skills
- AWS, Azure is nice too
- 24/7 support environment experience
- Sailpoint Exposure (does not need to be development experience
