Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery / Operational Delivery lead professional to join their Service Operations team. The team is responsible for supporting a leading business unit and internal staff.
The role:
- Accountable for the End User Experience (EUX) Platform, including the digital workplace experience delivered out of the IT Service Desk
- Collaborating across internal/external parties to improve the end user computing customer experience
- Manage Technology Partners, to deliver the required outcomes to the business unit and all internal staff
- Establish, maintain and improve engagement with stakeholders, both intra and inter team to ensure that the delivery of services is meeting their needs
- Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of processes/systems to deliver current and future customer needs; manage and assess vendor and service provider performance within your portfolio
- Effective risk management and compliance; Identify any critical service delivery vulnerabilities and operational risks in the operational IT services and ensure adequate measures are in place
- Financial Management responsibilities and contribution to achieving cost optimisation targets through productivity
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience as a technical/service delivery lead in an IT environment
- A strong understanding of operational disciplines
- Demonstrated knowledge of IT Service Management and Delivery
- Understanding of commercial aspects of infrastructure service delivery
- Vendor Management Experience in a multi-vendor environment
- An understanding of large-scale IT outsourcing environment
Essential:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- ITL Foundation Certificates & Experience using ITIL
- 4 years+ experience in Managing IT Services
Desirable:
- SharePoint/Training/Experience
- File Transfer Knowledge/Experience
- Docu-Sign Knowledge
