Our client is looking for a professional and outgoing Office Manager with strong all-round administration skills to manage the day to day running of the office. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks interacting with staff at all level in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for Facilities & Office Management, including lodging any facilities enquiries with Building Management and coordination of office and facility maintenance and repairs
  • Provide support to the COO and assist the HRD for managing routine HR processes and procedures.
  • Manage process of Quarterly WHS inspections & outcomes
  • Preparation of the annual Social & Community Committee event schedule and associated budget allocations
  • Planning and execution of internal events for staff and Executives
  • Maintain the register of Employee Representatives i.e. fire wardens, first aid officers and ensure all relevant qualifications are obtained, as required
  • Coordination of meeting rooms and maintaining office supplies
  • Manage relationship with building management & cleaners
