Peoplebank is an approved supplier to the SA State Government and is seeking applicants with exceptionally strong knowledge across the Microsoft Office suite of packages.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and creating department specific documentation
- Analysis of business processes and the ability to align the use of O365 products to those business processes/practices (eg. with MS Teams / Sharepoint)
- Research related to O365 products and capabilities that could benefit business processes
- Troubleshooting and fault finding for incidents (both user and system) related to O365 and MS Teams.
- Providing training to staff and VIP's
- Using existing agency documentation
- Using knowledge of O365, Teams and SharePoint Online in the agency context
- Using new documentation created by you, in consultation with agency team members and management
