Two positions available for experienced Network Implementation Engineers to work on the HFC network doing Node Split migrations and network element firmware upgrades.
The role with involve working on the development and implementation of systems, upgrading methodologies and processes to begin with. This is a fast-paced working environment which involves reviewing and enhancing the developed processes in terms of upgrading activities.
Ideally customer impacts are to be kept to a low and so it is up to the Network Support Engineer to insure this and reduce the service impacts, optimimise SLAs and the enhance customer experience.
Candidate requirements:
* HFC implementation experience, migrations
* Engineering background, hands on experience
* Experience with cisco / Linux and Unix environments
* Telco background, HFC highly desirable
* Network engineer rather than data centre
* Has an understanding of DOCSIS 3.1
