We are currently recruiting for a Network Implementation Engineer to work on a 6 month engagement.
LOCATION: Brazil & Adelaide
Duration: 6 month
You will be working in a remote location of South America. As the stakeholders you will be dealing with are mainly Portuguese speaking individuals, it is mandatory that you are fluent in Portuguese.
Are you someone who is comfortable doing travel between Adelaide and Brazil? And ready to work onsite in Brazil for weeks in a remote location? Not afraid of doing long drives by Car? Or flying through the low-level air in a helicopter?
Desired skills and experience:
- End to end infrastructure project management such as data centre build-outs, hardware, network setup, upgrade & migrations, etc.
- Advance working knowledge of network infrastructure, virtual environment and IT hardware (data center, networks, switches, routers, load balancers,
- Experience working in an environment with LAN, regional and global MPLS networks including multiple remote site offices or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Deep understanding of routing and switching, firewalls, wireless, remote access VPN, site-to-site, network/application load balancing, DHCP, DNS, public key infrastructure, RADIUS, TACACS desired
Ideally, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills. You will also have demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships along with the ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal.
