Network Engineer - LTE
- 12 months contract with Global mining client
- Close to the Perth CBD
- Excellent knowledge of Evolved Packet Core (EPC) and nodes including MME, SGW
A global mining client is seeking a Network Engineer - LTE based in Perth.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and document an implementation FIT/FAT/SAT plans in conjunction.
- Installation & Upgrade plan is executed safely without any major incident.
- Raise change management requests as per the implementation plan to install the new LTE Core network equipment.
- Change and Release (in ServiceNow / RTTMS)
- Receipt hardware perform Factory Acceptance Tests and configure equipment at Lab prior to deployment in conjunction with Project Team.
- Support the Service Transition to Support (STS) process
Key experience:
- Excellent knowledge of GSM, 3G, UMTS, CDMA, 4G and LTE Architecture Packet Core and Evolved Packet Core (EPC) and nodes including MME, SGW, PGW, HSS, PCRF, SGSN, GGSN.
- Sound troubleshooting skills and the ability to work quickly to resolve matters under pressure
- Experience delivering professional services including network strategy, design and engineering, implementation, testing and on-site support.
