Seeking a Senior Network Engineer with IP Core Network Design experience.. MPLS exp.. long term opportunity.. Telecommunications Industry!!
The successful candidate will be required to act as a project prime, being responsible for all technical components around IP network design of the project including the scoping, design, testing, documentation and all steps required for the successful implementation in the production network.
The following are the key skills and experience required for the right candidate:
- Extensive experience in an IP Network Design role
- Strong experience in telecommunications industry
- Juniper MX experience
- PE Cisco / Juniper Router configuration experience
- CE Cisco/Huawei/One Access/Alcatel routers configuration experience
- Product development and/or customer design experience
- Experience in liaising with middle and senior management
- Experience with network test tools / procedures
- Good documentation skills
- Experience in the telecommunications carrier grade provider environment
- Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing / Switching, MPLS, Traffic Engineering, EoMPLS, L2 and L3 datacentre technologies
Desired experience:
- Mobile IP Experience (2G, 2.5G, 3G, LTE)
- TDM Voice
