As a result, they are seeking Banking / Business Consultants who have expertise in Australian Banking, Accounting and Tax as well as technical IT Banking Systems experience. In this client facing role you will assist clients in all aspects of implementing and using a new core banking solution, as well as helping to resolve implementation and technical issues, creating customisation's and providing training and user support. You will be working on various implementation projects within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in implementation projects and the delivery of Banking Systems
- Customising business modules
- Write specifications
- Develop or customise new features
- Consult our customers in the use of the Banking System
- Conduct training sessions for customers
- Prepare and conduct workshops with clients
Experience Required
- Outstanding Academic qualifications (university or institute of higher education) in the field of Economics, IT or Banking etc
- Knowledge of the banking business and bank-related processes are a must
- Proven face-to-face client consulting experience with outstanding communication skills and passion for working in team environments
- Open to either IT, Banking, Consulting or Accounting professionals with 4+ years commercial experience
- Enthusiasm for complex banking problems
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of quality awareness.
