Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a contemporary understanding Microsoft cloud operating models
- Responsible for supporting the IT Infrastructure Manager and to maintain a high performing Microsoft cloud environment for 500+ employees
- Part of a small team providing 3 and 4 line problem management services working closely with the IT Service Desk team
- A foundation qualification in Microsoft 365/Azure administration
The successful applicant will have experience in:
- Curiosity to learn and grow within the company
- Ideally have appropriate education/ certifications
- Strong soft skills - motivated, take initiative, problem solving, right attitude and strong communication
- Someone who wants to start and develop their career in IT
