Responsibilities
- Design & Development
- Design & implement end to end Dynamics 365 delivery
- Optimise business process design using MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Experience in Azure Functions, Power Automate, Power BI
- Hands on experience in Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities using C#.Net, JavaScript and Business Rules
- Execute unit testing in line with specifications
- Use approved technologies and integration tools (API's) to automate processes and integrate systems within Dynamics CRM
- Work in an agile environment, delivering incremental outputs in short iterations
- Draft technical documentation
- Perform upgrades to Dynamics CRM 365, including remediating any issues discovered
- Provide training to the team on system changes and updates
- Troubleshoot issues associated with workflow or data loads into MS Dynamics 365
Skills required
(1) Experience in software development and demonstrated experience in the configuration of MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform apps
(2) Demonstrated experience working with Azure DevOps
(3) MS Power BI development experience (highly desirable)
