- Extensive demonstrated experience in the maintenance, configuration and support of a large enterprise size messaging and collaboration solution in relevant technologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in with IT Governance frameworks (ITIL).
- Demonstrated experience in user and systems support
- Demonstrated experience in high level analytical and technical problem solving skills demonstrated by a track record of resolving complex technical issues in relevant technologies.
- Demonstrated experience and aptitude to provide a broad range of system administration skills over a wide range of software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor peers.
- Experience in support and administration of a large Domino Lotus Notes environments and associated technologies (ie Sametime, Traveler).
- Experience in support of migration from Lotus Notes to o365 (Exchange)
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers
- Knowledge and skills in support of o365 online (Exchange, Skype for Business and MDM-Airwatch/inTune an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience of LotusScript and Powershell highly desirable.
