About the Company
We are currently recruiting for a Digital Content Coordinator to work within one of Australia's largest superannuation funds.


About the role
The successful candidate will support the member and customer experience team in all duties relating to uplifting the customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for running program of member stories via staff intranet, member portal, yammer, team meetings, town hall immersion, say says segments
  • Designing and running program on member immersion across the organisation - meet the members program
  • Design and run member exposure hours program including designing and implementing next activities for staff to undertake
  • Management of all ISF content including Miro board, office wall (FY23), pack collateral, member video content
  • Support for reporting within the MX function including coordinating a periodic insight reporting, MX dashboards and moving us further along our journey to 'democratise the data'


Skills and experience

  • Must have bachelors level degree in business or design related field
  • Experience in customer experience or related field
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong excel and Microsoft skills
