To be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills and experience:
- Must have the ability to translate management guidance and direction into specific tasks to meet overall objectives.
- Strong simulation experience related to sensors, radar, electronics, protocols, comm links or satellite systems is preferred.
- Should be self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
- Expert in C++, MATLAB, and Simulink programming
Ideally, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills. You will also have demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships along with the ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal.
