Job Description

You will be part of a team who are responsible for delivering program disciplines across the Transformation Agenda. The Decision Support, Risk and Reporting Function is comprised of the following functional responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Insights and Analytics
  • Data Visualisation and Optimisation
  • Delivery Risk


  • Establish and co-ordinate the Master Schedule across the Business Lines and Transformation Streams
  • Work with Accountable Leads to maintain and update the schedule
  • Track and manage project activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies
  • Ensure transparency
  • Escalate where prioritization decisions aren't being considered and drive an agenda to orientate all objectives to the schedule
  • Strong stakeholder management

Skills are experience:

  • Strong reporting experience
  • Proven experience creating a schedule of critical milestones to meet business objectives
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, Microsoft Outlook is essential
  • Experience working in a high-pressure coordination role
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience in using Project Management software such as MS Project is desirable
