You will be part of a team who are responsible for delivering program disciplines across the Transformation Agenda. The Decision Support, Risk and Reporting Function is comprised of the following functional responsibilities:
- Portfolio Insights and Analytics
- Data Visualisation and Optimisation
- Delivery Risk
Responsibilities:
- Establish and co-ordinate the Master Schedule across the Business Lines and Transformation Streams
- Work with Accountable Leads to maintain and update the schedule
- Track and manage project activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies
- Ensure transparency
- Escalate where prioritization decisions aren't being considered and drive an agenda to orientate all objectives to the schedule
- Strong stakeholder management
Skills are experience:
- Strong reporting experience
- Proven experience creating a schedule of critical milestones to meet business objectives
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, Microsoft Outlook is essential
- Experience working in a high-pressure coordination role
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience in using Project Management software such as MS Project is desirable
