Our Client:

Our client is a Large Australian Organisation who are currently looking for a Lead Master Scheduler to provide scheduling services across a large complex program. You'll be part of a large multi-year program that is looking to roll out a new system.

About the role

You would be involved in:

  • Creation and maintenance of an integrated master schedule driving all streams in the Program towards the approved plan, delivery of business capabilities and outcomes
  • Accountability for the governance of the Program's timeline/schedule
  • Facilitate the alignment of high-level planning, mid-level planning to low-level planning
  • Ongoing schedule tracking and maintenance, including schedule validation across durations, sequencing, resourcing and budget
  • Measure and monitor progress against the plan, variances and support informed project reporting. Review of approved baseline, current schedule, milestones, critical path and dependencies
  • Schedule impact assessments from changes to plans, options and impact analysis
  • Predictive analytics across the schedule/s, identify potential scheduling gaps and resources requirements

To be successful for the role, you would ideally:

  • Proven experience as a Master Planner/scheduler over large programs of work
  • Proven ability around Program Scheduling, Resource Management, Change Control, Risk Issues and Assumptions Management, Status Reporting, Documentation and Deliverable Management
  • Knowledge of best practice scheduling standards and guidelines
  • Excellent use of scheduling & timeline tools - MS Project, PPM tools, Excel, Jira, and other tools
