Our client based in Bella Vista is looking for a Master Data Officer to join its IT team. Working closely with finance stakeholders you will be responsible for the Master Data integrity in key systems and maintain the processes to support data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all master data and pricing requests are processed in a timely manner
* Database Maintenance - updating master data and ensuring data integrity and efficiency in Microsoft AX
* Help to resolve data quality problems, process control and improvement
* Ensure all master data requests are processed promptly
* Manage and maintain Master Data in AX(ERP system) and other systems
* Conducts data cleaning to remove old, unused data, or duplicate data for better data management, quicker access and assist in business reporting requirements
* Maintain Costing Models for the business
* Support ongoing maintenance activities and data integrity
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years Master Data, Data Migration and Validation experience
* Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics
* Previous master data experience with Pricing, Customer, Vendor, Master material and Bills of Material
* Strong organisational & time management skills with high attention to detail
* Good excel skills (pivot table, vlookups etc)
* Demonstrates sound problem-solving skills
