This role will see the ideal candidate supporting the CMO to manage the ongoing approvals and review of all Promotion and Advertising spend across the organisation.

The role will also involve performing the monthly close for Promotion & Advertising, ongoing management of the supplier fund marketing budget and to support the interaction of the CMO, and other relevant groups, with the day to day Marketing activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review and assess all Marketing funds request via Marketing Studio
  • Assist CMO campaign managers in preparing the marketing funds request
  • Monitor release of funds and templates
  • Assist with the planning, budgeting and forecasting process
  • Prepare internal monthly marketing reports
  • Assist with system implementation and changes
  • Create shopping carts and follow on Purchase Orders

Qualifications Experience:

  • Qualifications in Finance preferred
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years practical experience in an operational and financial environment
  • Conversant with Marketing
