The following are the key skills and experience required for the role:

  • The key focus of the role is to assume the responsibility of Centre of Excellence for the team, advising on best practice approach to utilising the Registry systems to support Client Administration Solutions.
  • Team size : 3
  • Looking for a strong People Leader with industry experience in Superannuation & Pensions
  • Extensive experience working with Registry systems and Administration processes across a range of functions and in a multi-vendor environment
  • Previous experience with release management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage business projects within Administration drawing on sound methodologies
  • Comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the technology and systems environment of service providers, vendors and third party applications relation to Administration
  • Must be organised and disciplined
  • Have amazing people management skills and able to get the best out of his staff
  • In this team there is a lot of work with limited resources so must be able to cut through the noise and prioritise well
