Our client a well-known market leader has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Platform Wealth Operations to join their Digital & Innovation Team in Sydney.
In this key career role, you will be accountable for the day-to-day management and service quality of secure and unsecure Wealth digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for managing business support for Wealth secure / unsecure digital channels
- Managing digital channel SME related escalations queries from stakeholders, advisors and customers
- Providing Wealth BAU input/representation into Wealth Digital change initiatives
- Proactively managing risk through meeting all policy and compliance requirements,
- Managing a team of 9 direct reports
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following:
- 5+ years as an Manager, Operations within Wealth Management
- 5+ years experience including incident management, maintenance on Wealth Digital channels
- Experience in managing a team of direct reports
- Wealth Experience and Digital Exposure is essential
- Understanding of Wealth Regulations that incorporate Digital Channels including Websites that Service employees, Customers & Financial Advisors.
