Your Role
As Integration Systems and BI Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent, efficient and effective delivery of Platform Integration, BI and Data Management IT services to its employees and its customers

You will manage the design, analysis, configuration and support effort for all applications and platforms within the portfolios of Business Intelligence (BI) and Integration systems and their related business processes.

The Integration and Business Intelligence application portfolio includes, but is not limited to Oracle Fusion Middleware, MuleSoft, Microsoft SSIS, Cognos BI, TM1, Tableau and Microsoft SSRS.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the Information Management Strategy
  • Develop a roadmap for both the BI and Integration platforms, including a program of work to execute the roadmap
  • Analyse and design solutions for the development and configuration of information management based systems
  • Leadership and management of team members
  • Define and maintain standards, governance, operational management and policies on organisational and operational data
  • Incorporate innovative technologies and best practices from industry into the delivery of services
  • Partner with the business and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions

Your experience

  • Deep technical or architectural knowledge of BI (business intelligence tools) and Integration platforms
  • Must have 4+ years' experience in a Manager role, i.e. Systems Manager, BI Manager, Applications Manager etc
  • Proven leadership and management skills of a small team
  • Proven ability to be customer focused and results oriented with a passion for excellence and deliver to Customer expectations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, ability to operate in white collar and blue collar environments
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Presentation skills to present information to an audience of varying responsibility within the company effectively
  • Knowledge and experience with ITIL
