Our client is looking for a Cloud Platform Manager to join its IT team. Working closely with business stakeholders you will be responsible for developing and maintaining capability to enable end to end visibility of service performance and availability across a large and complex technical landscape covering all components of infrastructure, database, network and data centres. You will be responsible for ensuring asset database accuracy whilst enabling the agility and flexibility of modern technologies and IT practices such as cloud, DevOps and AIOps.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or relevant discipline
- Previous experience as a Cloud Platform Manager
- Proven experience in building or delivering significant uplift in capability delivering business benefit through the implementation and development of new techniques and procedures
- Managerial level experience across either infrastructure or application services, end to end service management or IT Operations combined with experience or knowledge in the modern technologies and practices such as AIOps, cloud and DevOps.
