Our client is an industry leading company that operates on a global scale. They are currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Application Support specialist who will be responsible for support and troubleshooting of the MS Dynamics 365 application. This is a permanent role based just 15- 20 mins out of the Perth CBD.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support (level 2 & 3) of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) applications;
- Troubleshoot integration issues between Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 F&O, SharePoint Online data warehouse and other enterprise FM applications;
- Configuration of Microsoft applications;
- Interface with 3rd party support providers and systems integrators in relation to support escalations and transition of project deliverables;
- Advise on potential functional and technical design improvements.
Skills Required:
- Strong, recent, commercial experience in a similar role;
- Recent commercial experience in the troubleshooting/ support of MS Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 F & O or Dynamics AX applications;
- Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 F &O OR Dynamics AX;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
