Our client is a leader within their industry. They pride themselves on empowering their workforce technology. Due to an implementation of Office 365 we require a Level 3 Systems Engineer strong experience within Skype for business.
The responsibilities of the role revolve around trouble shooting and system support during O365 implementation and operations. This includes:
- Level 3 incident management and support.
- Install and configuring
- Automation
- Trouble shooting during migration
- Technical guidance during planning
We seek a profile that has worked on an Office 365 deployment and has strong/intimate knowledge of the Skype for business platform.
