We are looking to hire a Level 3 Systems Administrator for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
Ideally candidate will be someone who has the following:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Level 3 or similar
- Strong Windows experience
- On-prem server/storage/backup
- VMWare
- Citrix
- MDM - AirWatch (Workspace One)
- Meraki & Aruba network infrastructure
- Managed SD-WAN
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Strong self-management, time management and organisation skills
