Looking for a well polished Level 2 and 3 IT Support Technician.
This role will be a part of an EXEC IT support team / part of the Premium IT team specifically assisting the legal department with their IT needs
Your role:
- Tailored IT support
- This person will be dedicated to the this team and will look after their IT queries through Yammer and the helpdesk number
- The role will also involve onsite support within multiple buildings in Melbourne CBD
- Level 2 & 3 support mostly
- Respond to all incoming Service Desk (Desktop, Application and Password Reset) calls promptly and efficiently.
- Deskside - face to face IT support at various Melbourne CBD locations.
- Log all reported IT related interactions.
- Resolve IT faults and issues with a high focus on first call resolution.
- Assign IT faults to support groups when required.
- Monitor & action Service Desk Requests / Faults logged online into ITAM queues.
- Participate in team meetings to focus on continual improvement.
- Communicate with support staff.
- Ad-hoc requests as directed by Management
Your background, skills and experience:
- Level 2 and 3 support
- Office 365
- Windows 7 & 10 Operating System experience
- Experience across the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook)
- Internet Explorer experience
- Software application troubleshooting
- Hardware installing/troubleshooting
- Experience in call logging, escalation and follow up procedures
