Position available with a Managed Service Provider in the CBD.

Coming from a busy helpdesk environment, you will have extensive experience working with Microsoft products, SCCM, VMWare, Citrix etc.

Duties Include:

  • Provide level 2 support to customers
  • Help identify customer needs and relate back to our business
  • Strong experience with Citrix, Linux and SCCM.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with customer infrastructure and cloud systems
  • Delivering exceptional technical support and operate within specific SLA's
  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues.
  • Documentation management
  • Extensive experience working in a Microsoft environment.
  • Strong background working with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, VoIP Support, VPN Support, VMWare etc
