Our client, a leading solution provider, is currently on the hunt for an experienced Level 2 Mobile ICT Administrator to join their team.

In this role, you will:

  • Continuously monitor services (servers) daily, investigate and troubleshoot issues through to resolution.
  • Regularly test mobile device updates released by vendors and their adherence to organisational compliance and security.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Assist with system health checks.
  • Assist when requested with sustainment projects (including App changes).
  • Distribute system reports to key stakeholders when required.
  • Complete monthly maintenance tasks.
  • Work with the Customer Security Patch management to ensure users remain version security compliant.
  • Provide assistance, training and guidance and subject matter expertise to peers.
  • Provide support to Level 1.5 technicians when escalation is required.
  • Ensure INM's/SRFs/CHT's are resolved/updated daily in line with SLA's and team procedures (including utilising Xtraction).
  • Develop an ability to identify correct resolver groups and their scopes.
  • Identify and assist in creating/updating SRC items.
  • Identify and assist in creating/updating work instructions and documentation (including user facing) where required to ensure content remains current and clear.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience using Mobile Device Management software;
  • Experience in Visual Basic for Applications and Java Script (preferable);
  • Experience dealing with VIP/SLG clients;
  • Experience in iOS device Support preferable;
  • Experience in Visual Basic for Applications and Java Script preferable;
  • Experience dealing with VIP/SLG clients;
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation (including creating Visio Diagrams);
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritise;
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage and self-grow;
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups, internal and external stakeholders.
