Providing First Line Desktop / Help desk Support

65k-75k Package (Depending on Experience)

Provide first-line IT support, A combination of Desktop /helpdesk support alongside

project work

Desktop/ Helpdesk Support Analyst To provide onsite frontline support to all clients and staff, ensuring IT information is processed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. The role holder investigates routine enquiries, aids and advice as required, and assists in the maintenance of hardware, software and the analysis or interpretation of IT issues.

The successful applicant must have:

  • 3 - 6 Years commercial experience in a Helpdesk / Desktop support role, primarily supporting a Windows/ Microsoft Environment
  • Must have a proven record providing excellent customer service.
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within a ticket system environment supporting Office 365 suite, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange as well as Ipads, printers and Audio Visual equipment
