About the Company
This is an Australian division of a global company who are known for their strong employee focus and a Leader in their field.
They are looking for a part time resource working 3 days a week in their Bathurst offices. You will ideally be experienced with a qualification in an IT related discipline and will have experience in supporting a corporate IT environment where you've had experience in PC & Laptop Hardware support, Windows 10 operating systems, Outlook, Microsoft Office and have a basic understanding of physical and logical networking in a TCP/IP based LAN.
Responsibilities
- Driving license is a must, as may be required to occasionally travel to different sites.
- PC/Laptop Hardware installation, setup and configuration, problem diagnosis and resolution
- Support site LAN end-user network connectivity
- Ensure reliable operation of hardware and general site infrastructure
- General IT Troubleshooting and assistance as required on site
- IT Activity Management
