How will I help?
Our client believes in taking the time to get to know our customers as a person, not a series of accounts. That's why, as a Home Lending Manager, you won't just know our products inside out - you'll be able to guide people to the products and services that are just right for them. You'll report to our Lending Area Manager and be backed by a friendly, switched-on team. In time, you'll help coach and train branch staff to build up their knowledge and skills in home lending.

What do I need?
You'll be naturally motivated and energetic and may already have built up a strong referral network. Helpfulness is in your DNA, so building strong relationships and generating new business as a result is second nature to you - having friendly conversations with our customers to work out what they need. You will also ideally have experience in a similar home lending role gained in a branch based environment. Based on the demographics of the local community, our client is looking for a Lender with Arabic language skills.
