You will need to have prior experience as a Lead Product Designer. You will be leading 2 x Product Designers for their program of work
Skills & Experience
- Extensive design related experience with a focus interaction design and/or user experience design with demonstrable portfolio of work
- Experience creating interfaces, large-scale websites, or application
- Strong knowledge of and experience with user interface design processes and methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working on Enterprise systems/applications
- Experience in end to end project delivery
- Experience with large organisation digital products, including digital strategies and roadmaps
- Experienced Designer skills who has worked with Service Designer and researcher
- Experience working on in-store, over the counter, POS Systems is highly regarded
