Urgent Permanent position avaialble for a Senior Drupal Developer
Role responsibilities:
- Leads a team or teams of 3-5 developers in a Scrum team delivering features for the company
- Develops their teams from a technical and business skill standpoint to enable their growth and success.
- Drives and ensures a test-driven and quality-led culture by building systems that prove their correctness using tools such as TDD, BDD, CI/CD and automation.
- Advocates for best practice and is judicious in balancing best practice to pragmatic delivery.
- Ensures that documentation is produced for solutions built by Digital and their teams is of sufficient quality to enable the team to support the solutions in production and for future change.
- Works closely with UX and BA resources to ensure outcomes are met when developing solutions, and that their teams are building as designed.
To be considered for this role, you must have strong development skills in one or more of the below or an equivalent:
- Drupal/PHP
- Angular
- Java
- AWS
- Adobe Target and other analytics platforms
- Experience leading small teams of developers, either in a formal leadership role, or informall as part of a project delivery
- Strong understanding of building solutions for Windows Azure, AWS or other cloud vendor
