Our client, a well-known market leader has an opportunity for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to work across 4 programs within the regulatory space.
Leading one of the Teams/Tribes you will you will be responsible for:
- Leading workshops to break features to epics
- Facilitate deep dive sessions with solution designer, change manager and tribe leader to plan iterations
- Temporarily step into squads when there is a gap in knowledge or capacity
- Working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery
- Partners with key stakeholders and Product Owners to articulate product vision; documents problem/opportunity and broader context; defines desired future states
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:
- 5+ years experience as a fully Agile Senior Business Analyst
- Financial Services experience, ideally Wealth Management
