About the Role
As Junior Technical Project Manager you will assist in the project management of the projects and the delivery of the IT network stream. You will coordinate all delivery and transition activities across the teams
Responsibilities
- Assist in project managing the delivery of IT network projects
- Act as the central liaison for all delivery and transition activities
- Work with internal and external Stakeholders
- Facilitate the day to day delivery activities and communications
- Produce Reports and Documentation
- Coordinate Project Management Plans
- Maintain Project Schedules
- Chair of Project Team Meetings
- Present to the Project Control Group
- Manage key milestones and deliverables
- Maintain compliance with Project Management methodology
- Complete project risks, mitigation plans and project issues
- Complete post implementation reviews
Experience
- Around 3 years commercial experience as a Junior Technical Project Manager or Technical Project Coordinator who has managed small projects
- Experience delivering small to medium IT Network projects
- Solid skills in financials and project planning
- Must have experience with governance and compliance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience of project methodologies, PMBOK or Prince2
- Experience in the project life cycle having delivered small IT projects
- Fantastic organisational skills
