We are looking to hire a Junior Kronos Analyst for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2 years' experience in IT (ideally come from a support background - e.g., Desktop Support or Helpdesk)
- Have a genuine interested in IT HR/Payroll systems (maybe have a degree in this field?)
- Any experience in HRM would be benefitable (Kronos, Chris21, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft etc.)
- Must be enthusiastic and genuine
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Interpersonal skills, team fit, attitude and the ability to learn quickly are the main things my client is looking for as we believe the rest can be taught.
Obviously, the more skills they have the faster they can be of help and the faster they will be involved in other projects and tasks that our team undertake.
Tasks will include but not limited to:
- Daily system health checks
- Daily Incident and Service Requests.
- Kronos User access requests.
- Kronos Clock config and troubleshooting
- Rapid Global system User Administration
Ability to drive transformational change in a corporate as well distributed environment
