Our client is one of the largest insurance broking groups in Australia. With over 250,000 clients nationally and the group is growing strongly. They have been specialising in their sector for over 30 years, having developed a variety of specialist insurance products and services for their market.
The Role:
As part of the Claims Division, you will work closely with the Head of Claims and their vendor to leverage a no-code software platform specific to the Insurance sector. Building claims forms that are bespoke to their clients, developing interfaces, managing new releases, and driving workflow and best practise. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to leverage their career and truly grow with the business. In-depth training on the software platform and the Insurance sector will be provided.
Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with no-code development platforms (such as Salesforce or WordPress)
- Analytical mindset, who can translate requirements into the desired solution
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CCS
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a collaborative and social team environment
- Excellent communication skills
