Peoplebank are currently recruiting for Java Developers on a permanent basis to work for one of our favourite clients based in Adelaide!
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be Australian citizens and be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Clearance.
Working in a talented and growing team you will ideally have some (not everything is required, but the more the better) skills and experience:
- Strong Java development skills, along with OOP concepts and scripting languages (Groovy, JS).
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and use, with experience working within an Agile scrum delivery team and good familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in working with web services (REST)
- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and associated query languages highly desired.
- Containerisation and the use of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is a bonus!
- Experience with TTD (use of Cucumber highly desired)
