Peoplebank are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Mid and Senior-Level Java Analyst/Developers with an interest in working on enterprise applications.

Initial contract - 12 Months fixed term contract with possible extension.

Location - Darwin, NT

Key Accountabilities

• Analyse user stories in regular face-to-face client meetings
• Design, develop & maintain web-based enterprise information systems using relevant knowledge and appropriate tools
• Prepare and perform unit tests and functional tests
• Administer deployment processes and tools
• Identify, diagnose and correct system faults, programming errors and performance issues, associated with code artefacts, as well as supporting infrastructure
• Mentor junior team members

Key Selection Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Experience programming enterprise applications using some or all of Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, JSP, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery.
• Ability to read and write SQL queries against a relational database, preferably Oracle.
