This position reports to the Software Development Manager
As part of this role your responsibilities will include the analysing and elaborating of business requirements
Designing, coding, development, and unit testing of software. Resolving production issues. Conforming to defined software engineering and configuration management practices. Contributing to ongoing process improvement activities

- Highly developed software development and technical skills to be used in developing software solutions with the following technologies:
- Java web development libraries
- Spring and Hibernate frameworks
- Atlassian JIRA
- SQL in Oracle
- PL/SQL
- Java 1.8
- Spring (MVC, IoC, AoP, Security)
- Hibernate
- Oracle
- Demonstrated understanding of software design techniques and architecture models
- Proven ability to read, understand and implement business requirements, functional, and technical specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders with varying levels of technical competence
