Peoplebank has been the lead recruitment supplier in Australia to this US based tech giant over the last 10 years. We are recruiting for one of their businesses whose platform connects advertisers with content producers, especially in the digital space.

They are looking for a Customer Engagement/ Techncial Support Solution consultant to assist clients technical teams to integrate with their platform. It is very likely that suitable candidates will have video ad server and broadcast experience, as well as strong technical skills and amazing cutomer service skills.

This position will be responsible in managing clients' integrations and connectivity into the platform.

  • You will consult with external partners' technical teams regarding their integrations.
  • Manage external partner's consulting projects on improving integrations with different systems & API's
  • Coordinate with Sales & Account Management and Support functions to ensure the most efficient activation cycle and
  • Proactively enhance existing integrations, including monitoring and rolling out new features for partners

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Strong Customer service and engagement experience in a Linux environment to help clients in integration and APIs
  • Experience with video ad server technologies
  • Experience working with broadcaster clients
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience using query and object-oriented programming languages preferred. Typical technologies used within the team: Unix, Python, SQL, JSON, Javascript, Golang, Restful APIs
