Integration Developer
- Initial 4 month contract - ASAP start
- Perth CBD location
- Requires SOAP, REST & SQL
A highly reputed client is seeking an experienced Integration Developer for an initial 4 month contract located in the Perth CBD. This is an ASAP start.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating inbound/outbound SOAP interfaces to integrate with upstream/downstream systems (eRX in this case)
- Creating inbound/outbound REST interfaces to integrate with upstream/downstream systems (the Next JS workbench and portlets in this case)
- Providing and maintaining interface documentation - preferably using OpenAPI and SOAP WSDLs
- Writing procedures to aggregate and populate data in the CIM (DB)
- Writing message transformations to integrate source systems with target systems
- Deploying and maintaining interfaces and processes on the ensemble servers
- Troubleshooting messaging issues across different protocols (TCP/HTTP/HL7/SOAP/REST)
- Writing tests in Postman for APIs
- Writing tests in SOAP UI for integrating with upstream/downstream systems
- Some basic Linux server admin, i.e. installing certificates & troubleshooting apache
Key skills:
- Strong, recent commercial experience in an integration development role
- Technical experience with SOAP messaging, Data Transformation & SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable skills:
- Object orientated DB (intersystems ensemble preferred)
- REST API's
- OpenAPI
- Linux
