Peoplebank are currently recruiting for two Instructional Designers to work on initial 6 month contracts based in the Adelaide CBD.
Working within a large Federal Government environment, you will have the following duties:
- Work with capability team, stakeholders and competency leads to identify learning needs
- Develop objectives and approach to ensure learning packages address needs
- Design and develop engaging and creative content and activities which is adaptable across delivery channels i.e. face to face, webinar, eLearning
- Creation of supporting media including audio and video editing
- Develop assessments for learning offerings
- Capture feedback for ongoing refinement of learning products
Skillsets and years and level of experience required
- A minimum 3 years Instructional design including:
- Strong understanding of Adult learning principles
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced skills and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Understanding of usability and accessibility requirements, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
