Hourly rate ($77.16/hr)
Responsibilities
- Definition, documentation and successful completion of a training needs
- Deliver online training and communication materials for internal and external audiences
- Initiate, and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Design training content
- Prepare, communicate, action and monitor training and communication deliverables
Skills and experience
- Experience using learning theory and tools to enhance learning outcomes
- Experience in designing and delivering learning online solutions
- Experience in instructional design techniques
