Our client, one of the big 4 banks in Australia is seeking Instructional Designer to join their high-profile program of work until end of September this year.
You will require recent experience in designing, developing and delivering learning (successfully) for large scale system implementations.
Other Skills & Experience:
- Experience developing scalable and innovative training solutions for a diverse and geographically dispersed audience.
- Experience delivering face-to-face learning in classroom and remotely (using VC, Zoom or equivalent).
- Advanced skills in developing eLearn courses and system simulations using Adobe Captivate (version 2017 or above).
- Experience with telephony systems or software implementations (highly desirable)
- Proven ability to work effectively and flexibly in a dynamic and Agile project environment
Proven ability to work in constantly changing and ambiguous environment
