Our Commercial Client is seeking a Level 2 Operational Support Analyst for a contract opportunity until 30 June 2020 with possible extension options. This role is to be worked from our client office's in Canberra.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience providing Infrastructure support and analysis services in an Agile environment
- Proven expertise providing infrastructure support services across Windows, Unix, AWS and Azure
- In-depth ability to in PowerShell and Python Scripting
- Ability to contribute towards continuous delivery
- Experience in creating IT documentation
- Understanding of ITIL processes is essential while ITIL certification is highly desired
