About the Company:

Our client is a leading organization in the retail sector. They are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager with previous experience managing Azure and Cloud Migration projects.

About the role:

This is a 6-month contract role with a hybrid working arrangement. The client is based in the Hawthorn, Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver infrastructure projects to achieve business objectives
  • Plan and lead multiple Digital projects from project approval through to completion
  • Lead project teams and resources to successful outcomes and manage resource availability with skill groups
  • Ensure Project Governance and Report requirements are completed, and project progress is monitored and shared
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and communication to ensure effective collaboration and productivity
  • Manage scope negotiations throughout project lifecycle
  • Manage post implementation evaluation of projects to ensure continuous improvement
  • Manage projects within budgets and timeframe and in-line with Financial reporting methodologies/standards


Skills and experience:

  • Experience managing Azure and Cloud Migration projects
  • Retail experience would be preferable
  • Relevant degree and further qualifications in Prince2, PMI or PMBOK (or similar) would be preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile principles and Ways of Working
  • Demonstrated skills with managing Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Communication, Risk and Stakeholder Management
  • Experienced in stakeholder management
  • Fantastic team leadership and team building skills
  • Strong communication and business engagement skills. Both written and oral, to suit various stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple independent projects concurrently
  • Ability to work within constraints to accommodate changing requirements
  • Excellent Financial Management skills
